COVID-19 & Illness Policies

(updated May 2022)
To protect the health of our staff and all customers please keep the following Illness practices in place;
  • Please stay home if you, a loved one or anyone in your household are waiting for results of a Covid-19, RSV or influenza test.
  • Please stay home if you, a loved one or anyone in your household have been exposed to Covid-19, RSV or influenza  in the last 14 days.
  • Please stay home if you, a loved one or anyone in your household have tested positive for Covid-19, RSV or Influenza or are currently exhibiting ANY symptoms of Covid-19, RSV or influenza now or within the past 14 days. 
  • Please stay home if you, a loved one or anyone in your household are currently caring for someone who is ill.
(Due to the close nature of our work, If you fall into any of the above mentioned- Even if you are up to date on all vaccinations or have had COVID-19, Influenza or RSV in the past three months, we request you reschedule your appointment.)

We highly suggest wearing a mask during your appointment, but it is NOT mandatory. If you have a specific request that your technician wear a mask, please call our front desk at 651-340-8446 and we can relay that information for you or feel free to reach out to your service provider directly.

Honesty is paramount to our continued safety, and we appreciate you contacting us if you develop any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, RSV or influenza within 24 hours of your appointment.
 
We appreciate your continued support in our efforts to keep our staff and all other clients safe and healthy. 

Please check with your service provider directly for individual cancellation policy, each technicians policy may differ when it comes to cancellation, rescheduling or no-showing due to illness.
