Amanda Bever

Amanda has been in the industry for 15 years, and being a stylist is her passion. With a creative eye and advanced skills, she has the ability to give each client a tailored look that enhances their natural beauty.

Ashley Marie

Ashley has over six years of hair career experience. She enjoys creating the perfect look for platinum blondes, subtle balayages, edgy pixies, and the ideal cut for natural curls. She has advanced training in Deva cuts and even specializes in hand-tied extensions! Makeup is another passion of Ashley’s, She loves making clients feel and look their best. She also specializes in enhancing looks for special occasion hair! 

Bree Danielson

Bree has been in the industry since 2020. Bree is eager to learn and make everyone in her chair feel absolutely beautiful from start to finish! She loves being hands-on and getting to know every one of her clients. She enjoys being able to execute her creativity through color and cuts to personally fit the every day wants and needs of her clientele.

Outside of the salon she loves spending time with her husband and being cuddled up with her 2 cats and 2 dogs...BUT those who know her best know she also loves to dance and spend time in the summer sun!

Bri Koch

Bri joined The Salon in August of 2023 after graduating from Aveda in Minneapolis.

With a passion for hair and working with people, Bri's addition to the salon team has been seamless. While she is the newest of stylists to the industry at The Salon, her passion for hair is not less than any of the other teammates here...in fact you could say she has the freshest eyes in the team for trends and techniques.

Danielle Traveirne

Danielle has been in the industry for over 18 years; continuous training has brought her to love cutting, foil coloring, and keratin treatments to give a beautiful polished look. She enjoys being creative, and her favorite part of her career is being able to work with people everyday.

Elle Bawek

Elle has been in the beauty industry since 2015. Her passion is to make everyone who sits in her chair feel beautiful and confident from the inside out. She will give you an outstanding consultation to strive to reach your hair goals while also being realistic on how to achieve them. Elle is calm, laid back, and enjoys helping clients achieve styles they can up keep at home! She also specializes in wedding hair and makeup another one of her passions.

Jessica Johnson-Owner

Jessica has been in the hair industry since 2004 as both an educator and stylist. In her stylist role, she enjoys working with all hair types, providing thorough consultations to apply the added touches necessary in creating the perfect style. She’s well-versed in cutting straight, short, and textured styles, as well as smoothing out long, curly or coarse hair to create versatile and precision cuts. Her expertise in using complementary and dimensional color techniques showcase in every client. Jessica strives to go the extra mile to make cuts, colors, extensions, and style work for each client. She loves a challenge and makes sure all of her clients love their hair while providing each client with the tools and education they need to recreate the look at home.

Jill Bokusky

Jill has been in the hair industry for over 23 years. Her career is her absolute passion! She enjoys helping people looking and feeling their best. Jill’s specialties include haircuts, balayage, hair coloring, waxing, and updos. She is certified in Olaplex, Brazilian Blowouts, and Deva curl Cuts. Jill loves her job and her clients as they are like family to her! She also enjoys spending time with her dogs, nature walks, and spending time with friends and family.

Kristen Czaplewski

Kristen has built a strong foundation in beauty since graduating from Aveda in 2003, bringing 22 years of experience to the hair industry. She is incredibly grateful for her clients, whose trust and inspiration fuel her passion for creating stunning looks, particularly with dimensional blondes and rich brunettes.

Over the past decade, Kristen has dedicated herself to educating the next generation of stylists, focusing on color as a specialization for the last 13 years. Her journey has also taken her to Denmark and Switzerland, where she proudly showcased her skills at company hair shows and earned recognition for her artistry.

Outside of the salon, Kristen loves spending time in her garden and staying active in terms of health and fitness. These are passions that keep her grounded and inspired. She can’t wait to have you in her chair and help bring your dream look to life!

Kyle Conrad

Kyle is a master in hair cutting. He started his career over ten years ago in Northeast Ohio. Throughout his career, Kyle has been fortunate enough to be a part of creating and growing one of the top salons in Washington DC. After living in Washington DC for 5 years, Kyle moved to the Twin Cities area and dedicated his time in growing his business. He loves cutting all types of hair, and he enjoys giving people the best suiting haircut to fit their lifestyle and personality. When he is not cutting hair, you can find Kyle doing lawn or work or building/fixing something in his garage.

Lisa Smith

Lisa has had a long-time love affair with hair. 

She graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2005, but that’s not where her story begins. Since the age of 4, Lisa always knew she would end up behind the chair! She would sucker anyone and everyone into being her model so she could experiment with different styles. That love has been nurtured and her skillset expanded. In her own words; 

“I strive to provide a warm and welcoming experience for my clients with a focus on pampering and self-care. I believe the most important part of any service is the consultation. I want you to feel heard and understood. I will work with you, the client to come up with the best cut and color for YOU. I enjoy personalizing each person’s style to make it uniquely theirs, taking into account hair texture and health, and how much time the client plans to spend styling. I will take the time to be sure you can recreate the look at home and work with you on a maintenance plan that fits your lifestyle. Some of my favorite services include blonding, multi-dimensional reds, color correction, curly and precision cuts, and brow shaping.” 

Outside of The Salon, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. She also has two standard Goldendoodles who have helped her learn the hard way that she is not qualified to cut dog hair. Lisa loves concerts, coffee, reading, ATV riding and traveling. 

Mallory Whitley

Creating art through hair has always been a passion of mine. From braiding hair on the volleyball team to prom updos and makeup, I'm so lucky I get to call this my career. I can say I have learned so much in my time in the hair industry and I look forward to learning more and more every day. Seeing your beautiful faces after a transformation in my chair has been hands down the most exciting part of my journey as a stylist. I've found a passion in any and all blonding services, but I do love switching it up with a precise men's haircut, and most importantly finding ways to accomplish everyone's unique hair goals.

In my free time, you'll find me spending time with my friends and family (aka my cat, Surley), soaking up as much sun as we can get in the Midwest, traveling with every opportunity I can get, and most chronically finding an excuse for some retail therapy!

I look forward to seeing many new faces in my chair!

Mari Franco

Mari has cultivated a lifelong passion for the beauty industry, where she excels at transforming hair into stunning works of art. With a strong focus on attention to detail and client satisfaction, she adds unique personal touches to every service, ensuring her clients leave feeling beautiful inside and out. Committed to continual growth and honing her craft, Mari is excited to welcome clients to her chair at The Salon, her favorite thing is cutting bobs, and when she's not there, you might find her enjoying time with her beloved silkie chickens.

Marnie Lund

Marnie is always up for a challenge and ready to take on whatever comes her way. Marnie enjoys cuts, balayage, bouncy blowouts that shine. She always stays up on the trends and education and can’t wait to have you in her chair.

Megan McGregor

Megan graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2002. She worked as an educator and a stylist for 18 years at Spalon Montage prior to joining the team at The Salon. Over the span of her career she has styled hair for many photo shoots, runway shows and countless bridal events. 

Megan loves to use her creativity and knowledge of styling, coloring and cutting to give her clients dream hair. Many of Megan's clients have become friends over the years because Megan truly cares and listens while helping each of them look and feel fantastic. Megan was voted "Best Hairstylist in Woodbury" by Woodbury Magazine in 2010 and was a stylist for the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders from 2010-2018.

Her Advanced Education includes the following:

• Advance Color training with Wella Academy in Chicago
• Certified in Olaplex & Brazilian Blowouts

Rachael Conrad

Rachael is a master colorist. She has been coloring hair for 7 years! She started doing hair because of the passion she had when doing her friends hair and makeup. She started her career at an Aveda salon, which is where she grew to be a director and a leader. Rachael loves education and growing in the world of hair. Some of her favorites are balayage, highlighting and natural lived-in color. Not only does she enjoy doing hair but also building a great bond with her guests. She loves giving her guests their own custom color that works with their lifestyle and maintaining the integrity of the hair. When she’s not coloring hair you can find her outside hiking and gardening. Rachael also enjoys home interior decorating and fashion. 

Roseann Rychlicki

Roseann has been a hairstylist for 45 years. She loves doing hair and enjoys getting to know her many clients. She is always open to learning current hair trends. Her services include cutting, foiling, coloring, perms, and keratin treatments.

Sara Denzel

Sara brings with her over 12 years of industry experience, she focuses on building trust with her new clients and has a strong-trusted relationship with her current clientele. She has created this relationship by listening, creating and executing her client's needs and wants. She excels in working with fine haired women's short cuts that are easily styled at home. Keys to her success have been understanding client's hair type and lifestyle. Her dedication to advanced education through her 11 years of experience allows her to create a style that looks and works for her clients with ease.

Theresa Closmore

Theresa is a seasoned senior hairstylist with over 20 years of experience in transforming looks and boosting confidence. Her years of experience and continued education give her the ability to create a look that fits your style, whether it be modern or classic. With a flair for the creative and a mastery of classic techniques, she works collaboratively with her clients to craft a style that's not only on-trend but also perfectly tailored to their individual needs. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach, Theresa continues to educate herself by attending workshops and product knowledge classes. The Salon is not just a place for hair care, but a sanctuary where creativity meets comfort, ensuring every client leaves feeling fabulous and renewed.

Todd Cernohous

Todd has been working in the industry serving his loyal clients for 35+ years. Aveda trained and later educated in Pivot Point and American Crew Academy, the art of cutting remains his specialty.

Todd is an authentic guy who doesn't sit for too long.

He enjoys hunting, gardening, playing pool, cabin life, music/concerts, traveling, time with family, DIY-ing with wife Carrie, and his Wisconsin roots - especially in the sports realm with a strong adoration for the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers.

Todd is a former salon owner who is committed to customer satisfaction, and he is excited to meet new clients at his home away from home in Woodbury, MN.

Liberty Erickson, Operations Manager

Liberty grew up in the beauty industry with a mother who was an esthetician and makeup artist. She always appreciates the beauty in hair, design and landscapes. When Liberty is not running her own design business or helping run The Salon she loves to travel and spend time with her children and grandchildren. Some of her favorite products at The Salon are Densifique Mousse, Oribe Dry Shampoo and Texture spray.

Holly Hatten

Holly is a Woodbury, MN native and UWRF grad.  She has a knack for plants and loves watching hockey. Her days are best spent in her yard cutting grass or tending landscaping and spending time with her husband Tim and her rescue dog Dotty. Holly as been with The Salon part-time since 2017!

Claudine Triemert

Claudine's passion for The Salon began as a client, and she jumped at the chance to join the concierge team in 2019. She relishes being part of a front desk team that assists stylists and elevates the client experience. Witnessing client transformations by talented stylists is one of her favorite things.

Outside of The Salon, Claudine enjoys traveling with her husband of 31 years -Andy, spending time with her family, and playing with her two golden retrievers.

Beth Hill

Beth has enjoyed working at The Salon since July of 2019 as a front desk concierge and loves interacting with clients and other Salon colleagues. When not supporting the staff at the Salon, you might find her assisting the Facilities team at Woodwinds Hospital or spending time with friends and family. She has 5 children and 6 grandchildren and loves to keep busy exploring new places and restaurants. Oribe’s Superfine Strong Hair Spray is her favorite product as it provides brushable, strong hold that isn’t sticky and smells great!
